HOW THE DBS SOFTWARE WORKS

GETTING STARTED: "Full Body Flexibility Assessment"

This "Flexibility Assessment" is a vital component of the DBS System, since it guides the soft wear to develop your fully customized stretching and strengthening program that will allow you to know exactly what muscles are tight and weak. The DBS program will keep track of the progress from your assessments to insure you are always on the correct program for your flexibility goals. If you choose to use a DBS Specialist, this same program can be applied to you, as your program will be saved in the system. In developing this Individualized program for you, your flexibility program will allow you to become more flexible faster. Your individual program will help you prevent injury and improve longevity in your body.

It is recommended that you take a new Assessment once a month to keep track of your score and to receive regular updates to your DBS Program.

SOFTWARE FEATURES

On the "View Report" page you can use the "Full Body Report" feature to see a visual rendering of how your body looks from the inside out. Muscle imbalances, patterns of repetitive motion or lack of motion, and weak areas are all highlighted for your convenience.

On the "DBS Analyses Report" page you can view in text form where your imbalances are and learn what areas of your body need to be stimulated promptly to decrease the likelihood of injury and to prevent against further physical deterioration.

On the "Recommendations" page you will be able to access information about your individualized DBS program. Audio, text and video prompts will keep you on track.

On the "Member Profile and Tracking" page you can access the "Individual 3D Graph" feature. This graph keeps track of all your Self-Assessment scores so you can clearly see your progress over time.

HOW MUCH IMPROVEMENT CAN I EXPECT?

If you are doing the recommended stretches and strengthening exercises at least 3-4 times a week, you should see and feel a difference in your body within the 1st month of using the DBS Program. After the first month, gradual and consistent improvement can be expected over time.

Stretch/Strengthening Training

Our Stretch/Strengthening Training program is designed for clients who do not regularly exercise and would like to transition to better health by improving range of motion, increasing flexibility, and stimulating joints and muscles. This program is recommended for seniors and children.

Stretch Therapy

Our Stretch Therapy program is designed for clients with previous injuries, problematic joints, and lower back issues.

Sports Stretch

Our Sports Stretch program is designed for serious athletes. A DBS Specialist will tailor a program to focus on the body parts which take the brunt of the pressure during your training sessions and competitions.

Therapeutic Stretch

Our Therapeutic Stretch program is designed for clients seeking a strong mind-body connection via a relaxing wellness experience. A DBS Specialist will expertly stretch your muscles for optimal physical results while you calm your mind and enjoy the sensation.

Meet Loretta McGrath!

Loretta Lynn Hi! I’m Loretta McGrath, a fitness professional with over 15 years of experience. Helping people achieve better health is my passion and I am 100% committed to seeing my clients reach their goals safely, efficiently and enjoyably. I developed the Dynamic Body Stretching program in 1996 when I realized that many of my personal training clients had limited range of motion, joint stiffness and weak areas that could be significantly helped by regular specialized stretch sessions.

I am determined to be proactive in assisting my clients in overcoming their physical imbalances. I conferred with orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, physical therapists, body workers, massage therapists, and sports trainers to create a comprehensive, proprietary computer software for my Dynamic Body Stretching program. Since the software’s development, I have been fortunate to see my DBS system dramatically change the lives of countless people.

Today, there are numerous certified DBS Specialists using my techniques to make fitness fun and accessible to all. I’m so proud to be a part of the wellness community and I look forward to being a part of your journey to a healthier and more active life!
